If a patient has purchased a promotion, and his goals are achieved after completing the first treatment and chooses not to move forward with the second or subsequent treatments, there will be no refunds. This is because the Promotion Fee will pay for the first treatment and the subsequent treatments in the selected option are at no cost if you choose to move forward.
- Dr. Fussell Pledge
Dr. Fussell pledges a minimum of 1.5-inch circumferential gain of the penile shaft after three male shaft enhancement treatments. If this goal has not been achieved at the Penile Base and Mid-Shaft areas, Dr. Fussell will provide a touch up treatment at no cost to achieve that 1.5-inch goal.

Please note that Dr. Fussell does his very best to provide the best results possible with each treatment regarding size increase and symmetry. Considering that the Penis is an organ that expands and contracts during six weeks of healing after a procedure is performed, there might be material shifting which may cause some asymmetry or unevenness. This is why a patient should always budget and plan for a second treatment, whether a full or supplementary treatment just in case asymmetries result. The difference between a full treatment and a supplementary treatment is the volume of filler material used. A supplementary treatment utilizes up to about 80% of the volume of a full treatment.
