Penile shaft Girth Enhancement
The penile girth is the circumference or thickness of the shaft. The penis has two states, flaccid (soft) or erect (firm). The penis shaft typically increases dramatically going from the flaccid to the erect state. Penile Glans Enhancement
The penile glans is also called the head of the penis. It’s a very vascular structure and expands like a balloon. The challenge is that the vascular structure of the glans has little to no space under the skin to place filler, unlike the penile shaft that has abundant space under the skin. Even though glans enlargement is challenging, most patients desire to have a proportionately enlarged glans along with the shaft. Enlargement of the shaft without enlargement of the glans may result in a disproportionate shape or look.
Therefore, there is a limiting factor on how wide the shaft can be made if one is concerned about asymmetry or disproportion.
We recommend that the glans enhancement is done simultaneously with the shaft to maintain proportion noting there are limitations. It is also very time and cost effective when both procedures are done together.
Scrotal Enhancement
The scrotum is the pouch-like skin under the penis that holds the testicles. It is made of several layers of tissue. Scrotal enhancement involves altering the size, shape and tension of the scrotal sac. Scrotal enhancement is performed by making microinjections of filler material into the skin that will ultimately result in collagen formation and enlargement. The filler is not injected into the testicles, nor does it come in contact with the testicles.
The enhancements of the scrotum will give a smoother non-contracted appearance of the scrotal sac. It will also give a more proportionate size with a small contracted or very tight scrotum. Ultimately it will also firm up the skin for those who have a very loose, lax sac.
